This Monday, the 17th of October 2022, the ceremony of signing the 2022 Excellence Scholarship Agreement for the children of the company’s workers was held in the meeting room of the IAMGOLD ESSAKANE SA headquarters.
Chaired by Mr. Tidiane BARRY, General Manager of the company, this ceremony of granting scholarships for excellence to the children of the employees is at its first edition. It aims to promote one of the values of the company, namely excellence both at work and with the members of the workers’ families. For this year, 05 new baccalaureate beneficiaries of this financial allocation received the congratulations of all the employees and the management team for all the effort made to obtain the best averages in the Baccalaureate session 2022.
Our 2022 Excellence Scholars were also presented with a laptop and corporate gadgets by the company in the presence of some of their parents. They took the commitment to give their best to continue to have good academic results in order to continue to benefit from this scholarship initiated in this framework.
