Fortuna (which operates the Bagassi mine) to release its first trimester 2023 financial results on 15 May 2023

Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. announces in a press release dated 3 May 2023 in Vancouver, Canada, that it will release its unaudited financial statements and its management report for the first trimester of 2023 on Monday, 15 May 2023, after the market closes.

“A conference call to discuss the financial and operational results will be held on Tuesday, 16 May 2023, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time, 12:00 p.m. Eastern time,” the statement said. Jorge A. Ganoza, president and CEO, Luis D. Ganoza, CFO, Cesar Velasco, COO – Latin America, David Whittle, COO – West Africa, and Paul Weedon, senior vice president, Exploration, will host the call.

Interested shareholders, analysts, media and investors are invited to listen to the conference call live by connecting to the webcast at https://www.webcaster4.com/Webcast/Page/1696/48290 or by telephone by dialling the number just before the start time.

The recording of the conference call on the results will be available until Tuesday 30 May 2023. The webcast recording will be available until Thursday, 16 May 2024. In addition, a transcript of the call will be archived on the company’s website.
