In 2021, Côte d’Ivoire’s gold exports are estimated at 43,758 tonnes, with a turnover of 950,200 billion FCFA. These statistics take into account industrial, semi-industrial and artisanal production, according to the 2021 report of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative – ITIE Côte d’Ivoire.
Of total industrial gold exports estimated at 43,758 tonnes, the top three in terms of production are Ity Mining Company (Société des Mines d’Ity) with an estimated production of 18,003 tonnes, followed by Tongo SA with a production of 9,571 tonnes and Perseus mining Yaoure with 6,569 tonnes. At the bottom of the table are a number of mining companies, including HNK GOLD sarl, Société Blue line Mining CI, SODIS.D, SICOM, Victorious mining Coast Ivory, ZS logistics sarl, Perseus mining CI, Bonikro Gold CI SA and Agbaou Gold Operations SA, with production of 2,792 tonnes.
