Employee engagement has increased at Bissa Mine this year, from 79% to 81%, according to our latest employee opinion survey. Employees are more engaged with the company than ever before and eager to succeed in their careers with the Group.
The survey also revealed an improvement in Bissa employees’ understanding of the company’s long-term vision and strategy. Communication with management has also improved.
