The Aids Committee of the Mana mine operated by Endeavour Mining in Burkina Faso has been awarded the rank of Chevalier of the Order of Health and Social Action with the clasp Health. The event took place on 1 December 2022 during this day. On this day, the whole world celebrates World AIDS Day. World AIDS Day is held annually on 1 December to raise awareness of the importance of supporting people living with HIV/AIDS and to pay tribute to those who have lost their lives to it.
