The 6th edition of Mining On Top Africa (MOTA) will be held in Paris on 12 and 13 July 2023 at the Westin Paris Vendôme hotel. It will provide an opportunity for key European stakeholders to meet mining players operating in Africa, with a view to fostering sustainable partnerships.

Around 300 participants from 21 countries, 54 speakers and 26 exhibitors are expected at this 6th edition.

The 6th Annual Africa Mining Summit is a strategic forum on mining issues in Africa, bringing together representatives of governments, international organisations and chairmen of major African and European groups.

A number of themes will be addressed, including the main challenges faced by strategic and financial partners when investing in the mining industry in Africa. The event connects mining and exploration companies, government officials and investors to encourage new investment in mining activities on the continent. The event is the meeting place for government officials looking for in-country investment, investors, including major mining groups looking for new projects, and explorers looking to raise funds.
