The mining industry is characterised by a high level of requirements in terms of quality, health and safety and the environment, covering all levels of sustainable development. Through this collaboration, the CSR Forum will contribute its expertise to the CSR aspect of the programme, while highlighting the QHSE/RSE approaches of its members.

The agreement was signed on the fringes of the 8th Café RSE, held under the theme “10 years of the CSR Forum: what contribution can companies make to sustainable development». By initialling the framework agreement, the heads of the two organisations expressed their mutual enthusiasm for pooling their energies to promote sustainable development within organisations.
